Lies lies and more lies by MTN
I have made a plea on here on the 19/02/2018 about my data bundle deal that Mtn is billing me double and triple every month. I was reassured my Mtn complaints analyst that the matter was resolved . I was told this numerous times via sms and wenever I call in via customer care. Today Mtn has deducted R729 from my account again. After I was just told 3 days ago I have a credit and won’t have to pay for a few months. My ref number is 1- ********** 5790....
If there is anyone out there who can advise me how to get through to Mtn... plz help ... my next step is legal action....

16 Mar 2018, 08:21I was told this every month as I can see this query has been going on since January! Do the math! How long is this going to continue??? Tuesday I called in and the agent told me no payment will be deducted and yet it happened again! Every month the same thing I get told!!! How am I supposed to believe anything if month after month I get told the same thing????
