Lies, Lies and more lies

Herewith I would like to refer to my query reference ***. In 2017 an MNT agent contacted me and sold me a contract based on lies. I have requested a copy of the recorded phone call nearly a week ago and I am still waiting. My query has been escalated to the legal department who then advised me to contact customer care. I have informed MTN that I do not know the MTN contact number (Contract number) as I never intended to use the sim card. I am very unhappy with how MTN is handling this. I intent to take this further.
