Lies and more lies

Did an upgrade with MTN on 1 September. Untill today no delivery, contacted them yesterday twice to find out whats going on. Promises were made of mails, consultants getting back to me etc. But no joy. I have 5 contracts with them for as long as I can remember. Maybe I am just going to contact them again and upgrade again?
