Lies and *****ing money

Its now almost a week No one called me No one resolved my problem. I keep getting transfered between accounts and retentions. I gave 30 day notice on march. As my contract period is coming to an end in april 15. On aril 15. All my minutes and data was forfeited. I was told by mtn, end of april im paying for my march usage. and end of mey is my last payment wich is device installment. Now all of a sudden i get another invoice, now i have an additional payment in june. As a cancellation fee. Theres not supose to be one!!!
