Lies and incompetence

3rd time I'm posting. My failed online upgrade attemp were "canceled" and I can go upgrade in a MTN store. Not in a million years!!!!! MTN, you suc****!!! I'm gatvol of being pushed one side to the other. Your service stinks, your people don't know what they are doing. Sort my upgrade out or I will also go to another service provider. Pathetic service ever
