Lies and horrible service

I bought a 5g Wi-Fi from MTN last week, it showed that there is coverage in my area, they were very quick to sell me the device but now it’s not working and keeps showing no signal. I’ve requested calls and sent emails it’s been more than a week now and no response from them. I had to pay for 2 months even though it’s a month to month contract. The contact numbers are useless because there’s so many options. Now I’m trying to cancel and no help. I would never recommend this device.
