**** to over the phone and duped into taking extra out on my contract.

I was sold a contract under false pretences. I have sat on hold with customer services for more than fifteen minutes. If you pull up the phonecall where I was sold this package you will hear the woman selling me the package clearly tell me that I will be able to transfer the 8GB data from this Sim card onto my contract sim card which I am unable to do! also I only receive 2GB day time data and 2GB night time data which is a total of 4GB not 8GB Like I was promised! I would not have taken out the contract had I known any of this information. Part of the promotion is that the sim card comes with a modem, they had run out of stock of their modems and phoned me back asking if I would accept just the sim card at a cheaper rate per month. Which I did, but if I have no modem, and am unable to transfer this data. I cannot use the sim! I feel duped by MTN and will take this as far as I need to. Disgusted with the lies!
