**** to me because the store was busy

I tried to do a sim swap with the new LTE simcard that MTN send me via courier, but I tried the sms thing and I do not get a OTP back, tried it four times already. Decided on Saturday morning to visit the store at Atterbury value Mart only to be told by the lady with the untidy peroxide hair (can't remember her name) that she can see there is a sim swap logged on the system and that there's nothing she can do about it as I now need to work through head office, not even offering me to phone them herself. The only way I know of to get hold of head office is through the call center but they say that they can't help me either and that they cannot see a sim swap logged on the system. So that lady in the store did lie to me then and that means that she did not want to help me either, this is bad service delivery. Wasted my time going to the store and then been **** to as well, should have went to one of your competitors like I wanted to last time as this is unacceptable.

Hello quinnao,

We are truly sorry for the breakdown in service and for the delayed response to your post. It was never our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.

We have now perused your account and see that the new SIM card ending with 5250 has been activated on our billing system and on the network since the 05th of August 2015.

Regards
Tim
