***** & *******

MTN had owed me an amount of R1039.95 since January 2016. I have logged 4 hello Peter complaints & 5 complaints logged via call center 808. Keeping getting excuse & ******** stories, why I have not been reimbursed as yet. Who the hell is going to take ownership of this query that has been coming since Dec 2015. MTN is useless & knows exactly how to **** clients off but expects them to remain loyal. Should I not get response via a telephone call by close of business 5th May 2016, will log a formal complaint with consumer good & service as I have already spoken to consultant about case which is valid, as my rights have been abused by MTN.

Thank you for your post.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.

Due to the credit not captured as yet by the billing department we cannot assist with the refund request.

We have sent the request to the billing department to capture the credit for R1039.95 to the account, once the credit has been captured by the billing department then we can request for the refund.

Kind Regards,

Alice van der Merwe

Best regards,

I would like to know why MTN internal process is becoming my problem. Since Jan 2016 I have been told the same thing, that a credit needs to be passed and it is referred to the billing department. We are in May 2016 and still getting the same **** response from MTN. Is there anyone that is competent enough to ensure that this query is resolved and that I am reimbused my money of R1039.95. It is totally disgusting that MTN has admitted they owe me money but to date have not refunded me. Everyone at MTN does nothing but pass the buck from one department to the next. Where is the integrity and honesty in dealing with your customers. If the roles were reversed, where MTN was owed money you service would be disconnected and quick to call for your money. No wonder you are loosing customers, due to the poor services.
