MTN has been owing me money since Jan 2016, an amount of R1039.95. Have logged 4 hello Peter complaints & called 808 call centre 5 times & gone into branch twice. But today no joy. Just lies & ******** from MTN

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We have sent the request to the billing department to capture the credit for R1039.95 to the account, once the credit has been captured by the billing department then we can request for the refund.
