I am disgusted and appalled with the lies and rotten service MTN has delivered.. taking double the agreed contract amount after canceling all 3 our contracts 4times, being assured we will not be debited but being debited double on today its absolutely unacceptable..

When we go into the branch they tell us to call the call center when we call the call center it takes 45minutes for an agent to assist when an agent eventually assists the damn issue is still not solved. Having to redo the process again and again and again!!

They won't allow us to upgrade but the insist on taking our money of which we did not make use of their data, minutes or services.. every agent we dealt with has **** to us and now stole what is ours!!
