My name is ganine and i am a contract holder at MTN i was called from a mtn sales agent for my upgrade i told the sales agent that i will wait for the combo deal which is 2 phones she told me that they currently on the combo deal i was supprised and all exited only to find out she **** the driver from courrier only delivered one phone. I was promised 2 phones im taking this matter to media 24 i was a loyal client for years i am so dusgust. Can someone please assist me on this matter.

I reseved feedback from Iyabonga from MTN sales department he promised that my second phone will be delivered by friday for the lastest im very happy my issue is resolved. Thanks to Iyabonga he assisted me well since my odeal took place.
