LG G6 Camera Screen Cracked under Flash

I took out a new contract yesterday at your MTN store at New Market. I took the LG G6. I was assisted by Cerri-Lee. Cerri-Lee just showed me what was in the box and we did not a full assessment of the phone to see if there was any damages on the device.

I then went to a cell phone store at Lemon Tree to go buy a cell phone cover. Phone still in the box as it is a gift for my friend. I took the phone to him not long after that. He opened the phone on his bed with me. He immediately put the cover on for the phone.

When he turned the phone around to look he showed me that there is a crack on the device under the flash. See attached photos.

There in a known issue with the LG G6 where the camera section is cracked of the phone. I can show you videos of people complaining and attach screenshots of posts on the LG G6 Form.

I am requesting that MTN New Market does a swap out of this unit that this is not physical damage and that this is a factory fault. I am not going to send the phone in for assessment at MTN as I feel that this is falling under the 7 day warranty.

This is also not the 1st Time I have been having problems with MTN New Market just last year I bought the Samsung S8 and the device was also faulty I had to get a a Samsung Technician call you Manger to tell her that the phone is faulty and it does qualify for the 7 day warranty to exchange the device.

I also would like to bring to your attention that Jason is very Rude. I never in my life talked to such a rude person over the phone. He thinks I would raise my voice to him were I am clearly just trying to explain to him. He is the one that is trying to cut you off.

Please can we get this resolved in a decent manner and as quick as possible.
