LG G4 problems complaint
On 06/06/2016 I upgraded to a LG G4 cell phone at MTN. In the following year I experienced some problems. My phone would switch of or take long to boot and eventually died and never switched on again.I then did research online and learned after MTN didn't wanted to fix my phone and said it was moist and water damage saw it was a manufacture problem. Many people complain about a boot loop. I didn't know that I could complain about it on this platform that's the reason why I only getting to it now.

I did not make this problem up.It was and is a LG problem.I know if I was white the Store of MTN Cape Gate would have treated me different and sorted out my case.The store didn't evens knew about the bootloop problem and it shows there knowledge about information about phones.
I also dont understand why a technician cant figure out how moised came into my phone.Itd easy.
That phone use to get super hot and thats a good reason for it to become moist.
