Level of service - unresponsive
My contract was cancelled with MTN on 20 August 2015 at my request. On the 21 August 2015 I contacted the call centre to have the simcard activated and migrated to prepaid. After much persuation from my side it was only activated on the 10 September 2015. Since then I've been battling non stop to have the balance of airtime (appr. R708) & data (appr. 258mb) transferred to my prepaid simcard(in all this time I've spoken to 10 MTN \Champions"with no positive result)"
