Letter to show my account is active again. ***

I have never in life experienced such aN *********** PROVIDER IN MY WHOLE LIFE?. My husband was in arrears with his account. He paid up his arrears and for days we have been calling wanting a letter that shows that his not in arrears anymore and his account is active because its ending next year in February. The consultants keep telling is that 'YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HANDED TO LEGAL'. THAT WE KNOW BUT DOES IT TAKE THAT LONG? FOR SOMEONE TO JUST DO HIS OR HERS ****** JOB AND JUST WRITE THE FLIPPEN LETTER. GUYS ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING. WILL NEVER ADVICE ANYONE TO A CONTRACT WITH YOU GUYS
