Letter of current and up to date

Good day. Please, assist. I'm trying to get a letter from MTN Legal stating that my account is up tp date and current. I have sent an email to *** as advised by one of the call center agents. The email was sent on the 7 March 2022. I received reference *** and on the email it states that they will get back within 24 to 48 hours. Can someone please assist me.
