Less than POOR SERVICE from MTN

Unfortunately, the lowest rating is a 1-star - if I could I would have rated them absolutely NOTHING!!!!

I have been battling with MTN to sort out an enquiry since Jun 2021 > my query has been escalated many times, I have done exactly as they asked & I am getting no joy from them.

They already deducted money from bank account incorrectly & still no feedback from them, even after my enquiries.

What else can one do?
