Lerato Gadebe is rude I am cancelling my contract with MTN

Spoke to Lerato Gadebe very very rude!! Wanted to find out why my data doesn’t last on my phone she was super rude, I’m due for a new contract (new upgrade) I will not be upgrading my contract I am also changing my Network provider to Telkom
