lenovo yoga tab 2 830L does not work

I recently bought the Lenovo yoga Tab 2 which was a utter disappointment for me how can you sell a thing that's patented not to make phone calls in Europe that's supposed to make phone calls in South Africa as we are not part of Europe.2 : my PC suit is in Chinese if you can read it well i cant which is really annoying now I can't back-up any of my data or anything onto my laptop.3 : it keeps losing its signal and then i have to restart the device and then it works perfectly for a day or so then its the same over again.4 : today i wanted to take a picture and bam error report \can not connect to camera"now I'm asking you is this the type of customer service and products you sell to us. I moved from vodacom to mtn 5 years ago and I am really considering moving back to vodacom because of this!!!.
