Lelethu the RUDE customer service agent who answer like its her fathers company

Is MTN teaching their agent to be rude, I was on a call with one of you Agents at the call centre by the Name of Lelethu who is just rude, sarcastic and giving out answers that just don't make sense. When you ask for a superior my call was ended. Is this how your want to treat customers. Because as a paying customer I don't think this is a way to be treated
