Legendary Customer Service - NOT!!!

<p>I app**** online for the MTN promotion (20 Jan) with the 50GB monthly data and 10,000 MTN-to-MTN minutes. Got an email to confirm that someone will contact me within 3 working days to complete the application. Reference number ********** 6.</p> <p> </p> <p>FINALLY, got a phone call from Alicia ( ********** 100) this morning to confirm the order. However, I would not get the MTN promotion as it was only valid for that day.</p> <p> </p> <p>My question to Alicia is why allow consumers to apply for the promotion when MTN would not honour it, and why did it take 10 business days for someone to call me. She proudly slammed the phone down on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great brand ambassador for MTN - I think not!</p>
