Legals complaint

I have been trying for weeks (3 weeks) now to get hold of the legal department at MTN. These guys do not pick their phone up or attend to customers queries regard their accounts. My account was suspended after i was unable to pay it for two months.... once i was able to, i have been charged reconnection fees to the tune of R1600 and back paid the previous months.... I want to know if the back paid sums will be credited as airtime in my account or what???<br> <br> After doing that, i am trying to get hold of the legal department for them to reconnect my services, and i cannot get hold of them as they try to make themselves aloft!!!! what is happening at MTN...... who is working here????
