Legal team not doijng their job properly

I complaint about the contract that I canceled for more than 2 months now..... They sent the cancelation letter but they did not give the trans union the letter my name is still dirty due to them 😭😭😭😭😭😭for how long should I wait for this to be solved.......... I'm being held by this of which they never communicated with me yet they hv my email and my number they put me on ereas the legal team does not respond at all they take their own time..... I need to do my personal things but I can't due to their carelessness..... Do not accept a contract on the phone by MTN it a trap they opened two contracts on me yet I agreed on one when the package arrived it was a wrong package I canceled immediately but they never canceled it with Mondo..... Legal team does not do the work properly bcz the time they sent me a letter the should have sent documents to trans union too since they decided to put me in areas without communicating with me yet they took my number gave it to mondo also mtn shop in gateway I went there on the 5th of June they sent me away without looking into my issue!!!!!! I'm really tired
