legal status after paying up contract last year.

i am highly upset with mtn. after paying up my contract after a 2 year period. i contact the call centre last year to confirm if the account is paid up which they confirmed it is. i requested for the account to be closed which they also confirmed. i year later i request my credit profile with transunion to find that the status of mtn is LEGAL. MTN is A PATHETIC COMPANY LOOKING FOR MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR 2 YEARS WHAT MORE DO THEY FRECKN WANT? fix this problem, and make sure this is updated at credit bureau or i am takeing this matter to court. dont take advantage of innocent people trying to make a nice life. this has affected many plans i had for the upcoming year due to MTN THINKING THEY TOO CLEVER FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON. YOU GUYS GOT R10176 FROM A S4 SAMSUNG I MEAN REALLY, WAS THAT NOT ENOUGH, CAN YOU GUYS NOT KEEP TO A CONTRACT?
