LEGAL MTN

I have taken contract with MTN Online in 20 may 2020 and the 2 phones was not what i was looking for and returned the 2 phones in MTN BLUFF as i was told that i must return the phones in 7 working days if i am not satisfied so ive returned the phones on 22 May 2020 and i was given reference numbers that i have returned the phones

Monday on 25 May 2020 i called MTN to have this contract cancelled on my name

this is 14 September 2023 the contract is not cancelled on my name. the debt collections are busy phoning me regarding the payment of which the phones ive returned long time ago on top of this it affecting my credit ability

I called MTN and sent numerous emails and no response MTN Mondo ive called them too, they are worse they have been lying to me for the past 3 years
