"Legal issue"

What a useless company!! I tried porting back to MTN from CellC in Dec 2017, but the application was declined because of a 'legal issue', that I'm guessing occurred when I ported away from MTN a number of years ago. I sent various emails to the Legal Department, had shop consultants send them emails, just to establish what the issue was - nothing... You can't phone them, only contact is via emails that get ignored. I eventually sent a Facebook Messenger message to 'MTN South Africa', and 2 weeks later Zanele from the "MTN Social Media Team" responded that the 'legal status' was removed. (still don't know what the issue was.) Since everything was now all well, I app**** for a port and new contracts again - guess what?! Declined again due to a 'legal issue'... Why can't you fix this properly?!?
