Legal hand over

MTN has failed to debit my account for a few months and this resulted in my account thrown into arrears and subsequently being handed over to the attorneys without trying to make contact with me first. I ahve then called MTN last friday to try and make payment arrangements and get my portfolio back from Legal and up unitl today nobody has even tried calling me, except the lawyers to tell me that my details has been updated at the credit bureau. I ahve called mtn call center and number of times ot get a hold of legal. I ahve been given 2 numbers which dont work, so what is the point of them. Seems MTN is not for customer service.

Thank you for the response.

If this will help, my reference numbers are as follows:

********** 01 - Friday 7th Oct 2016 &

Can you please get Legal to give me a call so that i may discuss payments options.

I will be getting in touch with the telecoms communications onbudsman to follow this issue up for me as i have tried numerous times to get a hold of MTN to sort out this matter.
