LEGAL DEPARTMENT NOT REACHABLE

I once had a Nashua contract under an MTN mobile number and the account was closed before Nashua closed shop in RSA. The contract was finalised luckily before they closed shop, so Nashua sent me the statement in December 2014 and i have kept all the statements for the last few months of the year 2014 showing that i no longer owed Nashua.

In 2019 Janaury, i was made aware that MTN has handed me over for the same account which was paid up, the MTN Mall of the South Manager sorted that out and sent me the proof that that was cleared and the adverse will be rectified.

In April 2019 i was made aware by Experian the bearue that MTN did not send such request to them so that the adverse will be removed. I have made extensive calls to MTN ********** 000 and 083135 however there was no joy and i was advised that i should hold for the legal deaprtment but i was made to hold for more than 30 minutes. i have tried to make the cals for the past two days and no joy on a direct number or email for the Legal Department.

I have never changed my contact details(hence my mobile number i have had it from 2003 July ) since I was with Nashua however i find out that my name is blacklisted for what? why not call me and i was going to send proof that all was paid up rather than my name being tarnished like that i always pay my debt I have never had a bad record at all.

I want to talk to the legal department regarding this listing and the letter received from them regarding that account as closed and i also have proof from their MTN store branch as per above and also my last statement from Nashua.

Experian wants them to send instruction to remove that blacklisting of the account because i have sent the letter but it is not enough as per Experian. How should i deal with this because now I cannot get help with home finance, or i must now also report this matter to my attorneys and now go the civil route.
