Legal department / no customer communications

Hi, I've tried numerous times to contact Mtn legal department regarding an account that was handed over without being made aware of it or being aware of any outstanding amount as Mtn hasn't sent me a statement or invoice or any communication since 2019. I've been into their offices numerous times to enquire about not receiving these and if all is in order and on 3 occasions I've been told all is in order and there isn't anything outstanding. Now that I've tried to apply for a bond and the bank did a credit check, to my disbelief our bond lady indicated that I was handed over. Do you think I can get any communication or letter saying all is cleared and in order and I'm no longer handed over - no!!! Do you think the legal department response? No!!! Any recommendations or contact details for someone that actually is prepared to assist & send this stuff as in yesterday. TIA
