I paid the account in full on the 25 June 2020 been emailing proof of payments to ***, Charmaine matilda. We cannot get a clearance letter so that it can be sent to the credit bureaus. It's almost a year and no response. No letter. Very frustrating, every day I call and call write emails nothing they just laugh it off and ignore me
