Legal department is ***********
Ive had numerous hello peter complaints about my unforseen circumstances that MTN has put me through one being losing a house loan. ***** department has finalized everything on their side but its been over 2 months that i had been promised that legal department would release the hold on the account but today again i visited one of the outlets and the status still says my account is with legal.
What do i do now?legal department never answers their phones . Who can i escalate this matter to now? I have had enough of mtn . They have ruined my credit records . I want this matter to be resolved ASAP.
