Legal department does not follow up

Am so disappointed with mtn My husband lost his job last year and I’ve been struggling to pay my contract on the Kindly note as per our system records your current outstanding balance is R36490.55pm. Please note this amount needs to be at least 90% of the total outstanding balance in order for the account to move out of collections.I asked them to contact me to make arrangements but no luck as I can’t get hold of the legal department send several email even on Twitter I have received so many references but I don’t get anyone calling me my question was my contact would only end in 2022 and now that am willing to pay cos hubby got a job I’ve been asking to be contacted but they don’t call me What should I do now I have so many references but no one follows through am angry Hi Mpho, we are sorry to hear that.
