I have been trying to get hold of MTN Legal since Mtn online told my fiance that his account is in arrears which was the beginning of February. My fiance paid his account on the 31st of September 2021 after receiving a email on the 22 September 2021 from Legals email account *** (Tshepiso Moletsane) and since then we assumed the account had been closed. Just to find out from a online mtn agent in February that the account is still in arrears. I have been phoning and emailing, i even messaged mtn's instagram and facebook page asking for assistance. All answer i get is to call the customer care line ( there is no option to even speak to a agent) when i phone to head office ***) when i eventually get through to a customer service agent they all have a different story ( they put me through to legal, and the line cuts off, or my airtime finishes from waiting whole time for somebody to take my call, a agent even told me Legal only has a call back system so she cant put me through but refer me, gave her email and asked for all documents of proof regarding our case, sent it and never responded - Sylvia Lubisi) till today nothing no call back or response from emails. Worse company ever !
