Legal Department

Your legal department does not know how to read and respond to a customer's questions. I asked a simple question for you to send me the statement for my account and they keep telling me how much is outstanding(different amounts just btw). I made two payments towards this account in March 2018 and I just wanted to see the statement to see where these payments reflect. Getting hold of them is like trying to reach pluto, never happens! Can someone who is able to provide my statement just mail this to me, it really cannot be that hard to do guys!
