Legal Department

To Whom it may concern,

My account still has a legal status on it I’ve been battling with your *********** Legal department since 11 October 2016 already if I’m not getting cut off from the department while being transferred they don’t know what the hell is what on my account. I’ve been told that my account is in arrears with SSD I then contacted them and they advised me my account is up to date and sent me a o balance letter that I forwarded to MTN legal department then everything went quiet again I then got a mail saying my account is in arrear with a different external debtors DCCM which I called on the number provided by your legal department and a lady there advised me they don’t deal with MTN it then went quiet again! Eventually I was sent a 0 balance letter from MTM creditors department with no apologies or explanation as to what is actually happening or happened on my account….I then again tried to proceed and upgrade and on arrival at the East Rand Mall MTN branch the lady I spoke to had so much attitude and told me I cancelled my account so why do I want to upgrade after arguing with this women she eventually just told me she won’t be able to help me anyway as my account is with legal she wasn’t helpful in anyway and she was rude MTN has really left a bad taste in my mouth with regards to your service you are bullies pocketing money your legal department and MTN branch in the East Rand Mall are absolutely useless and should just closed down cause everyone there is just miserable anyway I’m disgusted to say the least You have no regards for your consumer I will take this further cause I have rights as a consumer as well!
