Legal Collections not contactable
Hi there,

My fiance's MTN contract has been handed over to Legal Collections. After countless emails have gone unanswered, we were given the number *** to phone. This line asks for the cell number, which we then type in upon which it tells us that the number we entered doesn't exist on the MTN contract database.

We cannot pay the outstanding amounts in a store, because the account has been handed over.

This is now having a negative impact on his credit score.

Please let me know what we're supposed to do to sort this out.

Thanks
Marleen Theunissen on behalf of Jean-Pierre Jacobs
