Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing

<p>The worst thing that ever happened is when MTN got rid of service providers beacause now they have the monopoly and dont give a damn about service..Been trying to block a ****** contract phone and get a ITC number ..I have since found out that it is an impossible task as I happened to have a prepaid MTN card in the phone at the time of the loss. I phoned post paid and told them that I dont need a sim swap and that I just need the phone blocked..They told me that they cant do that because there was a prepaid card in the phone at the time ( Excuse me for having the audacity to dare change the sim card in my phone).. When I phone prepaid and go through all the options to try and speak to an operator all I get is thank you ...please phone post paid on 808 ...GOODBYE.. Now is this company so retarded that they cant take a IMIE number from me (for a phone obtained directly from MTN on contract) ,verify my details and block it and give me the ITC blacklisting number. YOU TELL ME. As I write this mail I have been sitting on a call to post paid after speaking to an operator who has put me on hold for 15 minutes now lsitening to depressing music while she does who the hell knows what.</p>
