Lee-Ann for the win!

Quick, efficient, friendly and all out excellent! I phoned MTN online for assistance with an upgrade and was assisted by Lee-Ann. Unfortunately did not take her surname. She was knowledgeable and advised me to get the contract best suited for my needs and price range. Transferred my account from business to normal (something she arranged swiftly as she is not authorized to do it herself), upgraded and dispatched in almost less time it takes driving to a store. I would like to thank Lee-Ann for her service and what a joy to work with someone that efficient. I hope you give her recognition the recognition she deserves!
