LEAVE MY MOTHER ALONE

Writing this review on behalf of my mother who happens to be a pensioner but is being pestered by countless phone calls and sms's regarding an overdue account which she is not aware of. Mom had a cellphone contract which came to an end and we had the contract cancelled. A few minutes later into her retirement, calls started pouring in about an overdue account. I handle most if not all of my mother's bills, to an extent that she'd hardly commit to anything over the phone without consulting me. We went out to the Alberton City MTN branch where they checked her account - she owes nothing, but instead she has credit of R10 000+. Mom is one loyal and cautious spender, she takes does not not take any form of debt lightly but this one in particular would be a rip, what's upsetting and worrying her is that she's being threatened to be put on the credit bureau when all her working years she has never missed any payments of her debts.
