Leave MTN and never look back! (Consider Telkom)

I ported to MTN about a month ago, this has been the worst thing I have done in a while. First of all I never have network and this has nothing to do with my phone or else the same thing would have happened with my previous network, being Telkom to be specific, and my phone is a Samsung S10e. I missed communication from my optometrist, university and family who tried to call me. everyone around my area complains about the same thing, it is honestly ridiculous. I have data I can never seem to use and to make matters worse, I tried porting back to Telkom and it seems as though MTN won't release my number, it is so frustrating. Everything is digital now and with remote learning and work, to have such atrocious quality service is unacceptable. This situation will not change but please just allow me to port back to Telkom for crying out loud. If I really wanted to be spicy I'd mention how much better Telkom is at service, both in store and the quality of the product they offer and WAAAAAAY cheaper too, MTN is ridiculous. I hardly review, but sometimes things are just so awful I'll dedicate my time and effort.
