My partner and I have been loyal customers of MTN, on their app it states that we can upgrade on the 1st of February 2023, when my partner called to enquire about a phone he wanted to upgrade to, he was told that the rules changed which no one was informed about. Also their pamphlets contain false advertising. Already the network is so useless. Think its best to move to another network that rewards loyalty and not feel like making their own rules without considering the customer
