Been sending e-mails like mad!<br> <br> What is up with your contracts/ data?!<br> I loaded 100mB of data.....<br> Never touched my phone to update any application;<br> Never touched my phone to synchronize the e-mails;<br> Never touched my phone to access Twitter/ Facebook or whatever else;<br> None of the data-using applications are left running;<br> Never touched my phone to watch YouTube....<br> <br> Yet, 30mB miraculously disappeared....within a couple of hours?!<br> And this is now all of a sudden a constant thing with data disappearing without me using anything out of the extraordinary - yes, WhatsApp is on, but this is not my first contract/ phone!<br> <br> And you simply do not provide any answers or explanations?!<br> Get your act together!<br> <br> The data I load is my data....which I will use as I deem fit! Do NOT tell me my data bundle will expire!<br> You are *****ing my money and data!<br> Get your act together!<br> Sooner rather than later!<br> <br>

We do pick up that your have loaded 100MB on the 20th of February. The system reflect that you have used so far 436MB this is with the data received with the package, the data left 49.03 Internet MB. If you have loaded any other data after the 20th please send the proof to us to investigate. Fax ***.
We can only assist you with the URL and itemized billing report once the invoice for March has been finished. to investigate the usage.
The system is generated to notify the client when the data will expire, this is a business rule and this cannot be changed.
