LAZY/RUDE STAFF

On the 11th of February 2019, I went into MTN Caledon Branch to change my debit date as well as my e-mail address as I have started a new job, and had to change my my debit date. The consultant then instructed me that I should phone 135/136 in order to change my debit date and e-mail address, I look over and there was two consultants in the store and non of them were busy with clients and that I was the only one in store, So I just walked out and tried phoning MTN, after being on the line for a few minutes, With no luck I hanged up. I then went on training in an area without any cellphone reception and upon my return today, I phone in and spoke to a consultant named Rajesh, he managed to changed my debit date as well as my e-mail address, however he mentioned that the debit was submitted to the bank already and that it will still go of on the 25th this month. I then said that there wont be any money in my account on teh 25th and that that it would be a problem for me and then as I thinking of what I can do to avoid the penalty that I will incur at the bank, the consultant named Rajesh asked arrogantly "Sir are you there?" and i said yes I am just thinking and asked him if the problem was mine, and he rep**** by saying " I am not saying you are lying Sir, but what do you want me to do/ do you want me to lie to you?" I was shocked to my core that a consultant could talk to a customer like that. I am sure if you play that recording back, you will hear that I paused and was quiet for a while due to me being shocked, and I just said thank you and hanged up. I am sitting here thinking to myself, that if that lazy consultant in the CALEDON mall's branch just helped me in the first place, I would be a position now to deal with a penalty from the bank. THANK YOU MTN for showing once again that you have such "AMAZING STAFF" working for you and RAJESH is the "BEST" out of them all.
