LAZY STAFF & POOR ATTITUDE

I went to my local MTN shop at 09:15am and the store was still closed. On the door or windows there was no indication why the shop was still closed at that time. Eventually someone pitched up at 09:30am & the store was closed still till at least 10:30am. Eventually one of the staff came out and told everyone that they will not do ANY sim swaps or RICA any sim cards since there are only TWO staff members available. As a customer i find it absolutely poor service that your staff treat customers in such a way.
