Lazy staff members

Today I went to MTN store in Alberton city to do a simswap, when I got there I was told that the system is offline by a guy who said he was an ambassador, he then said I should check the other store, I asked him why must I go there because when the system is down it should be down for all the branches then a consultant rep**** saying there is so manager to approve it, funny enough I got the same answer last year when I wanted to do the simswap I even went to the other store, both Alberton city stores are useless they don't want to assist clients. So I went to new market mall where I was assisted, it did not even need any approval, clearly the staff members of Alberton city they don't want to work, you better hire new employees who are hungry for the job.
