Lawyers summons

<p>I had a new contract and cell phone which had deliverables advertised whcih could not be met.</p> <p>After handing the cell phone back and cancelling the contract, MTN then came up with excuses as to why the could not hand me confirmation of the cancellation.</p> <p>After several attempts I was ignored and all emails not answered. </p> <p>I have now been handed over to lawyers for R 17000 and my name has been listed.</p> <p>I am considering to counter sue and include defamation of character.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never experienced such utter ignorance and bullying from a corporate.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will take this further.</p> <p> </p> <p>Allan</p>
