Lawsuit for MTN

I Am fed up Mtn is *****ing my airtime and data. The Champions let me hang on for 20 min cut me off .give me a ticket number . Complain email but they never come back to me . They refuse to speak to me. Last Supervisor Miriam Mnisi just refuse to speak to me I hang on for 20 min. When she said she will talk to me she just cut me off . I transfer money from my banking to my number it disappear. Then i load data next moment its gone. I use my phone for buisness. I am going to put in a lawsuit if no one comes back to me i lost a big buisness deal because of this nonsense.
