Laughable executive escalations

Never seen such incompetence. One flop after another. Got an iPhone & went to an mtn store to get an eSim. They gave me an eSim that did not work & for a wrong number. I escalated to Executive Complaints & honestly its a joke. They have no clue of what to do. Been three weeks now of trial and error. They show up once or twice a week with useless things to try. Shucks, I would be embarassed if I was that ***********. MTN seems to have an appetite for it. Am beyond appalled now.
