<p>I Was approached by CCI via a phone call under the pretence that they are MTN to upgrade my contract with an offer that is discounted from what the MTN stores are currently offering.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now on my first bill I get charged the same rate as what the contract is in store.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN Direct wont deal with you at all they just refer you to this Company .</p> <p> </p> <p>Please take care that this company doesnt catch you as they did me !!!!</p>

Still not resolution to the problem, I've been in contact with MTN and they just redirecting me from one department to the next without any help, each department saying it's not there problem and they cannot help.
CCI was apperantly made aware of the problem but still no feedback or resolution.
